Hi, we’re Scott and Jess – the founders of MyMedicalSupport.

Our journey with this service began not as business owners, but as parents.

In 2017, our beautiful daughter Amiyah-Leigh was born. Within just three hours, she began having seizures. Her blood sugars were unrecordable, and we were immediately thrown into a terrifying and emotional rollercoaster. She was rushed to NICU, where she spent five incredibly difficult weeks fighting for stability while doctors searched for answers.

That was the beginning of a long journey to a diagnosis. Eventually, we discovered she had a rare condition called panhypopituitarism, which affects the pituitary gland and requires lifelong medication and monitoring.

As her parents, we quickly realised how critical it is for medical professionals to have instant access to accurate information—especially during emergencies. Every time we met a new doctor, paramedic, or nurse, we had to explain her condition from scratch.

We kept asking ourselves:

“What if something happened and we weren’t there to explain her condition?”

That question became the seed that grew into MyMedicalSupport.
