“Activation”: The registration process which associates a user’s profile with an ID number on our website.
“Unique ID”: A distinct code generated by us and assigned to an ID product.
“Service Levels”: Our three-tiered service plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) with varying features.
“Website”: Any domains operated by MyMedicalSupport including www.mymedicalsupport.co.uk and subdomains.
2. Scope of Agreement
By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement, which may be updated at our discretion. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Eligibility
Users must be 16 years or older to register. Parents or guardians must provide consent when entering information for minors.
4. Services Provided
We offer secure online storage and retrieval of medical and identity information linked to physical ID products. Access is provided via NFC scanning or manual entry of a Unique ID on our website.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
We process all personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy. You must have appropriate authority to submit personal data on behalf of another individual.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Submit accurate and up-to-date information.
Routinely check their Product and data functionality.
Maintain a valid email address for receiving service-related updates.
Ensure consent is obtained for any third-party data entered.
We are not liable for:
Outdated or incorrect information submitted by users.
Inaccessibility due to user-side issues or third-party system failures.
Failure to receive SMS alerts due to carrier restrictions or device incompatibilities.
7. Subscription, Cancellations and Refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the user dashboard. Cancellation takes immediate effect, and no refunds are given for partially used periods. Personalised products are non-refundable, including shipping costs.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
