“Product”: A physical item (e.g., NFC tag, printed ID code) issued by MyMedicalSupport that links to your profile.
“SMART ID”: An NFC-enabled product linked to a secure digital profile.
“Activation”: The registration process that associates your profile with a Unique ID.
“Unique ID”: A code generated and assigned to an ID Product.
“Service Levels”: The Silver, Gold, and Platinum subscription plans, each with different features.
“Website”: Our official domains, including www.mymedicalsupport.co.uk, www.mymedicalsupport.com, www.mymedical.support
2. Scope of Agreement
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. We may update them occasionally, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 16 years old to register. Parents or guardians must provide consent when entering information for minors.
4. Services
We provide secure online storage and retrieval of medical and identity information, linked to physical ID Products. Access is enabled by NFC scan or manual entry of a Unique ID on our Website.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Policy for details. If you enter data on behalf of someone else, you must have their consent or legal authority.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Regularly check your Product and data for accuracy
Keep a valid email address on file
Ensure you have consent for any third-party data entered
We are not responsible for:
Incorrect or outdated information you submit
Service inaccessibility caused by user-side or third-party issues
SMS alerts not received due to mobile carrier restrictions or device settings
7. Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard.
Cancellations take effect immediately. We do not offer refunds for partially used periods.
Personalised Products are non-refundable, including shipping costs.
8. Intellectual Property
All Website content belongs to MyMedicalSupport or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse it without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for direct or indirect losses, including data loss or business interruption, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence. These Terms comply with the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
10. Availability of Service
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers, internet issues, or events beyond our control.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not:

Always call 999 in urgent situations. We are not responsible for any delays or failures by third parties to access or act upon the information.
18. Partner & Referral Programs
If you register using a referral or partner code, we may share limited, non-sensitive details (such as plan type and sign-up date) with the referring partner for reporting and commission purposes. We never share health or sensitive data.
