  • “Unique ID”: A code generated and assigned to an ID Product.
  • “Service Levels”: The Silver, Gold, and Platinum subscription plans, each with different features.

2. Scope of Agreement

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. We may update them occasionally, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

3. Eligibility

  • Parents or guardians must provide consent when entering information for minors or dependents.

We provide secure online storage and retrieval of medical and identity information, linked to physical ID Products. Access is enabled by NFC scan or manual entry of a Unique ID on our Website.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Cancellations take effect immediately. We do not offer refunds for partially used periods.
  • Personalised Products are non-refundable, including shipping costs, unless defective or required by law.
